Construction of Villa 53
- Brown Coat Stucco is complete. Finish Color Coat to start Next Week
- Architectural Foam Shapes are 75% installed ands grouted.
- Gypcrete was poured in place on the 2nd and 3rd Floors.
- All Three Floors have been painted with three-coats.
- Carpet has been installed on the 1st Floor with Carpet installation starting on the 2nd Floor on 5/17.
- HVAC Systems are all ready to go with all the Finish Trim in place
- All Electrical Systems are installed pending the A/C condensers. Trim is 50% Complete.
- Plumbing Fixtures are being installed through out all floors.
- Kitchen & Bath Cabinets are installed on the 1st Floor & halfway on the 2nd Floor.
- Ceramic wall tile work is complete on 1st Floor. Ceramic Floor Tile starts next week.
- Frame and Door work starts next week.
- Best Possible Occupancy Date: 7/2/10 (No Rain)
