As we wrap up 2008, I can't help but reflect on the great progress we're making here at MarBrisa. The year began with twenty-eight units opening their doors and our friendly staff awaiting your arrival. Next, the pool, spa, water feature and fitness center were unveiled, offering spectacular ocean views and many amenities.

    Some of you who have experienced the resort and our renowned MarBrisa hospitality have offered suggestions meant to improve your property. We're pleased to report that we've implemented many of these ideas, like offering in-room and poolside dining, updating the TV channel lineup, providing fresh coffee and daily newspapers, having complimentary washer/dryer service and installing wireless Internet throughout the resort. On your next visit, please let us know of any other suggestions you may have and we'll take a close look at them. After all, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible at your resort.

    Coming soon is the opening of Villa 50, slated for early 2009. This villa houses sixteen additional units, comprised of studios, one-bedroom and three-bedroom condominiums. The building's finishing touches are nearing completion, and our landscaping work is progressing nicely with new ground cover, flowers, trees and shrubs. A natural gas barbecue and picnic table with seating for eight will also be available with the opening of Building 50.

    We look forward to seeing you in 2009 and are confident that you'll be pleased and excited about our progress during the year. I know we will be.
